In July-August 2025, Tecship Corp served as the base life support contractor for a U.S.-Malaysia bilateral training exercise conducted under U.S. Army Pacific Pathway.
The exercise spanned approximately 30 days across multiple locations in Peninsular Malaysia, requiring coordinated delivery of infrastructure, sanitation, power, hygiene, logistics, and interpreter services for up to 700 U.S. military and civilian personnel.
All services ran through one accountable channel to the customer team under commercial terms, with scope aligned through the exercise chain of authority as needs evolved.
Each location required a tailored combination of infrastructure, services, and logistics, delivered on independent timelines and coordinated through a single contract.
16-25 sleeping tents with cots, 34 portable latrines, 18 handwashing stations, DFAC tents feeding 100 at a time, TOC/ALOC command tents, aid station tent, 150kVA generators (4-6 sets), 50+ shower heads across 10-15 trailer units, daily laundry for 300+ PAX, flood lighting (10-18 sets), refrigerated trailer, ice, medical waste disposal, whiteboards, and full furniture lots.
Portable latrines, handwashing stations, medium tent with A/C and flooring, 5kW generator, flood lighting, dumpster service, folding furniture, and ice production.
Latrines, handwashing, generator support for 80 PAX, medium and large tents with A/C, classroom tent, refrigerated trailer, ice, and folding furniture for 100+ personnel briefings.
Sleeping tent, 6 latrines, shower trailer, 30 cots, laundry for 30 PAX, refrigerated trailer, dumpster, and ice delivery.
Assembly Area and Forward AA - 15 latrines each, handwashing stations, dumpsters, and 200 lbs daily ice delivery to remote grid coordinates.
EOD/CHEM, MDO/Intel, Legal, Medical, and MP sites - canopy tents, A/C, latrines, handwashing, dumpsters, and furniture at different grid coordinates with 4-day windows.
Interpreter Services
Tecship Corp provided 5 simultaneous interpreters across 4 locations - Penang, Lumut, Ipoh LSA, and Penang return rotation - for the duration of the exercise.
Interpreters supported basic logistics coordination, tactical field training, and medical training lanes, with a contractual error rate threshold below 1%.
