Mission Overview
A multi-week retail activation delivered inside an active mall environment
Slide the Curve was a public-facing water slide activation staged within the Curve, combining temporary attraction infrastructure, branded public presentation, registration flow, and daily guest handling inside an active retail environment.
Tecship Corp supported the project end-to-end across branding setup, ticket handling, safety controls, operational staffing, day-to-day execution, and final teardown throughout the full event period from 3 to 22 September 2024.
Scope of work
End-to-end delivery across branding, ticketing, safety, guest flow, and closeout.
Supported ticket handling, registration flow, and orderly guest intake to keep entry processing smooth during public operating hours.
Maintained daily safety controls and operational readiness to support public participation across the full activation period.
Handled daily event support in a live mall setting, coordinating guest movement, operating rhythm, and front-of-house execution.
Closed out the activation through teardown and site reset after the operating window, ensuring a clean handback at the end of the project period.

Operating Priorities
Built for public flow, retail compatibility, and daily operating consistency.
Because Slide the Curve ran inside a mall environment, execution depended on more than attraction setup alone. The project had to balance guest excitement, public safety, venue presentation, and day-to-day consistency over a multi-week operating period.
Tecship Corp's role was to help keep the activation functioning as a coordinated public experience, with branding, ticketing, safety, operations, and closeout all working together as one delivery model.
