Operating Priorities
Built for race flow, participant confidence, and coordinated public delivery.
Marathon execution depends on more than the route alone. The Run Out Pahang Marathon required tight coordination across participant handling, race pacing, route readiness, and the visible public-facing structure of the event.
Tecship Corp's delivery focused on creating a controlled race-day environment where multiple distances, public visibility, and stakeholder presence could be managed together as one operating system.
