Program Structure

  • Nationwide youth football talent search
  • Players aged 11 to 14
  • Five selection cities
  • Final selection in Kuala Lumpur

Operating Priorities

  • Consistent multi-venue execution
  • Controlled participant flow
  • Youth-focused public event delivery
  • Operational continuity from trials to final round

Built for scale, participant control, and a credible national selection process.

Million Dollar Feet depended on more than branding or one-day event support. The program required operational consistency across multiple cities, strong participant handling, and the ability to move from local selection events into a final-stage national decision point.

Tecship Corp's role as co-founder and operator meant maintaining continuity across structure, delivery, and on-ground execution so the program could function as a credible pathway for youth football talent identification.
