Mission Overview
Nationwide youth football program delivery across multi-city trials and final selection
Million Dollar Feet was a youth football talent identification program conducted across Penang, Kuantan, Kuching, Johor Bahru, and Kuala Lumpur, drawing strong participation from aspiring players between 11 and 14 years old.
As co-founder and operator of the project, Tecship Corp led event setup, participant movement, venue coordination, and on-ground execution across multiple selection locations leading into the final round in Kuala Lumpur.
Scope of work

Supported the full route from regional trials into the final round in Kuala Lumpur, where the last stage of selection was carried out.
Program Structure
- Nationwide youth football talent search
- Players aged 11 to 14
- Five selection cities
- Final selection in Kuala Lumpur
Operating Priorities
- Consistent multi-venue execution
- Controlled participant flow
- Youth-focused public event delivery
- Operational continuity from trials to final round
Operating Priorities
Built for scale, participant control, and a credible national selection process.
Million Dollar Feet depended on more than branding or one-day event support. The program required operational consistency across multiple cities, strong participant handling, and the ability to move from local selection events into a final-stage national decision point.
Tecship Corp's role as co-founder and operator meant maintaining continuity across structure, delivery, and on-ground execution so the program could function as a credible pathway for youth football talent identification.
